2. Bookings and Payments

Booking requests can be submitted through the availability form on the website. A booking is considered confirmed only upon explicit written confirmation from the property.

Prices listed on the website are per night for the entire property and may vary depending on the season:

 

    • Low season: from €60.00/night

    • Mid season: from €80.00/night

    • High season: from €100.00/night

Any additional services (Apullian Experience, extra bed, cot) must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee, as agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation.

4. House Rules

By confirming a booking, guests agree to comply with the following conditions:

 

    • Check-in: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (early check-in available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice)

    • Check--out: by 10:00 AM (late check-out subject to availability)

    • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    • Pets, parties, private events, and smoking indoors are not permitted

    • Access is reserved exclusively for registered guests; external visitors are not allowed

    • All guests must provide a valid identity document within 24 hours of arrival, as required under Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.)

The property is equipped with external CCTV surveillance.

5. Personal Data and Privacy
